Von Duprin Wireless Locks

Von Duprin^®’s Remote Undogging (RU) and Remote Monitoring (RM) options are designed for doors that would typically go unaddressed with traditional access control solutions due to cost and complexity. These options enhance perimeter and interior security by providing a remote electronic override of mechanical dogging for emergency facility lockdown. The RM option is a sensor only configuration for exit only or fire rated doors that require monitoring. It provides system visibility to request to exit (RX), latch bolt monitor (LX) and door position switch (DPS) status signals. They provide the right level of features and functionality for the application and compliment traditional solutions to deliver a more comprehensive security package.

These flexible and scalable options enable you to cost-effectively upgrade existing devices. The RU and RM are both battery powered kits that can be added to retrofit existing 98/99 and 33A/35A devices. They connect wirelessly to the Gateway and via RS-485 to the integrated 1700 Controllers and Sielox Pinnacle access control system to eliminate the need to run wires to each opening.
